Refund Policy:

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

Due to items being personalized, once an order is fulfilled it is considered non-refundable, as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the personalization.

Please double check all spelling, as any spelling errors from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. We engrave what we are asked to engrave and as a general policy, we do not spell check requests submitted by the customer.

Before the items are laser engraved, a design proof will be sent to you via email for verification. If any corrections need to be made, please let us know and a secondary design with the corrections will be sent to you before the product is engraved. Final approval is required prior to the order being fulfilled. Please ensure review/approval is submitted for the proof as quickly as possible so the order can be fulfilled without delay.

If there is an error on our part, please contact us and provide pictures of the error. We will then make the necessary corrections on a similar item and send that item to you, at our expense. Please note that even if there is an error on an item, we are unable to issue a refund.

Due to these items being personalized, all sales are final.

All orders must be paid in full prior to us fulfilling the order. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay.

We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate. A price change would only occur in the case where an error is discovered on a product. You will be notified of the pricing change and have the opportunity to cancel your order should this occur.

PRODUCT POSTING:

Photographs taken of fulfilled orders have a potential to be uploaded onto our website or social media accounts. No personal information of our customers will be shared with the photographs of the products, the photographs would be used solely for promoting the services that our company offers.

Any personal information provided to us for orders will only be utilized for the purpose in which it was provided and will not be shared with any third party sources. We do ask customers to provide contact/billing information on orders. This information is used to complete the order. If there is trouble processing an order, this provided information will be used to contact you in order to complete the order.
